To start, we sit down and we develop a plan that will work for you. First we find your target market - the people mostly likely to buy your home. Whether it is a move up, move down, retirement or first time buyers dream, we will find and then capture your target market.
You will then receive a monthly calendar showing you when and where you can see your home advertisements. Our list is varied and long, from home staging to professional photography, virtual tours and 24hour online and print ads, I make sure that your home has exposure as long as it is listed. Not only does it have exposure, but it has the right kind.
